Join the Team

The Virtual Beer Garden is looking for a few good writers. If you have good writing skills and a profound love of beer, you can be part of The Virtual Beer Garden team! Whether you are interested in homebrewing, brewery operations, yeast classification, experimental beer recipes, ancient brewing techniques, or dammit, you just like to drink great beer, you may have what it takes.

We are in the process of recruiting persons of knowledge to contribute to The Virtual Beer Garden. If you qualify, you will be give your own page, with your own by-line. We will put your picture on the web, give you full credit as well as content control. Depending on your level of experience, we may give out assignments, but more often than not you will be asked to research and write about the aspect of brewing that interests you the most.

We are also in desperate need of qualified individuals to taste and review individual beers. We'd do it ourselves, but there's a lot of beer out there... In addition to beer reviews, if you have a favorite pub in your home town, review it and we'll put it online (be sure to include the name of the establishment, the address, hours, and regularly available beers).

It's easy to forget that we're all in this together. The purpose of The Virtual Beer Garden is not just to inform, but to build a sense of community as well. Our site is only as good as YOU make it.
