Redondo Beach Brewing Company is the younger sibling of the nearby Manhattan brewpub. It is located in the charming Hollywood Riviera section of Redondo Beach. The brewpub, which opened in July of 1993 has a casual, surf-side atmosphere. The establishment is built on two levels with two bars and two outdoor patios. Downstairs, the centerpiece is the copper, Czech-built, ten barrel brewhouse.

Manhattan Beach Blonde A straw colored larger, light bodied and mildly hopped. A true thirst quencher brewed in the style of American pilsners.

Pier Pale Ale A classic golden ale brewed with 100% pale malt and cascade hops. Full bodied with an aggressive hop character that explodes off the top of the palate and reappears in the aftertaste.

Rat Beach Red Ale Named after the popular South Bay surf break. A full bodied, amber brew, with a sweet maltiness that's perfectly balanced with a unique blend of bittering hops.

South Bay Bitter An American version of the English mild ale. This copper-colored brew has a sweet malty body, complemented by a mild floral hop finish..

Dominator Wheat Ale Named After the Greek cargo ship laden with wheat that went around the Palos Verdes Peninsula Many years ago. This beer is a light, refreshing ale brewed with a substantial portion of wheat in addition to the normal barley. The crisp beer is served chilled with a slice of lemon.
